Yes, all of out family is fine since our family live in the Tokyo area. However, we feel so sorry for the people who have suffered from the tragic earthquake and tsunami. We are thinking, what can we do from Sydney, Australia to support and help japan. As Japanese, we really appreciate international help. Lastly, we would like to send a message to all the people who are still suffering from this crisis. Please believe other's people's help and support. You are not by yourself. We are all together. The Rebel StoryOnce upon a time, three passionate, creative and rebellious dancers named Masaki, Akio and Karen met through Dancekool, in the then tiny tiny little street dance community in Sydney, Australia. Soon after that, the dance crew Triple Rebels was born. They went on to do various gigs and through training and working extensively together, they discovered the ‘Rebel Creed’: life is all about happiness; being; achieving; giving and sharing. Triple Rebel’s definition of happiness? Live their lives through their passion, create from their heart, dance through their souls. They still live by this simple philosophy, keeping the art of street culture alive and uniting all talented and creative people who share this common creed under Rebel House.
What Do The Rebels Do?Triple Rebel’s aim is to provide premium services to clients who for opt for innovation, imagination and originality. The three Rebels can perform, entertain, choreograph and teach in many different street dance styles for any event from concerts, music videos to private functions, parties and weddings. They have knowledge of the underground dance scene on an international level and over 30 years of combined dance experience. They have been trained in Australia, Japan and New York City in styles such as Popping, Locking, New Jack Swing, Breaking, Hip Hop, Street Jazz, House, Waacking, Vogue, Dancehall, Tap and West African as well as basic training in Ballet and Jazz. Triple Rebels has performed both as a crew and individually in numerous gigs across Sydney, Melbourne, New Zealand, Tokyo and Seoul's finest clubs, outdoor and indoor festivals for Sydney councils, private launches and functions, TV commercials, concerts, dance competitions and the International Dance Festival held in Bangkok.
